Roo the Cat needs a home

Hi I'm Roo!  I was napping when my foster mom interrupted me and asked me to write about myself.  I'm a bit of an introvert that enjoys being around others but caution is my education major. I am cautious and take my time to get to know someone and once I get to know you, I'm very loving and sweet.  I do love belly rubs, head scratches and kisses.  Chasing lasers is one of my favorite past times and I get really excited and I make sure you hear my "meow".  Sometimes, I also meow when I want to hang out with my foster parents.  I am also tech savvy with those smart toys and enjoy a few games here and there but also love my kitty toys.  I've decided that my foster family's three dogs are semi-okay.  One of them really wants to get to know me but I'm playing hard to get although he's growing on me.  I've become more confident every day since my wonderful foster family rescued me and I am very confident that I can improve your world if you give me a chance to be part of your family!
